New Delhi: The Indian national team continued it's steady climb in FIFA rankings with a two place jump in the latest release.

India's 1-0 World Cup qualifier win against Guam, then winning the 2015 South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Championship beating Afghanistan 2-1 in the final helped India's cause.
Belgium continue to occupy the top spot with 1506 points, ahead of Argentina (1457), Spain (1374), Germany (1355) and Chile (1307).
Brazil, Portugal, Colombia, England and Austria complete the top-10 rankings in the latest release.
Iran, 44th with 627 points, is the highest ranked Asian country.
