Make 'Health and Yoga Science' mandatory till class 8: PIL in Delhi HC

Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay has moved a PIL to make 'Health and Yoga Science' mandatory till class 8. He submitted that Right to Health and Right to Education are complementary and supplementary to each other. He also added that the NCERT has not yet published standard textbooks of `Health & Yoga Science`.
