'Students have no right to decide..' HC's BIG decision amid online-offline row

The students advocated for taking the exam on the online open book system. Rejecting the claim, a division bench of Justice Subrata Talukdar said the exam will be held offline. Students do not have the right to decide in what mode the exam will be conducted.
