Paltrow plans to go for detox

London: Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is set to go on a detox programme to look fit and perfect in the new year.

The actress will embark on a cleansing detox programme called "Clean", reports a website. "Next week, when it`s back to the grind with work, I`m starting off with Clean. I`ve used Clean in the past with great results, losing a few pounds and kick-starting a healthier and more energetic new year," Paltrow posted on her blog. IANS
