Power drunk politician! Maharashtra BJP MLA slaps policeman – Watch video

Mumbai: A shocking incident of how power drunk politicians misbehave with government officials came to the fore on Thursday.

Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Ramchandra Punaj Avasare was caught on camera Wednesday night slapping a policeman.

The shameful incident happened in Maharashtra's Bhandara area.

In the video the BJP leader is seen walking towards a police station and slapping the cop present there.

Another police official, who was also present there tried to calm down the MLA, but Avasare continued to shout at the cop.

The details of the incident are yet to be known.

Avsare represents the Bhandara Assembly Constituency. Earlier, he was associated with Shiv Sena.
