New Delhi: People from all walks of life are extending their support to Salman Khan, who was convicted in the twenty-year-long blackbuck poaching case but Sona Mohapatra has an entirely different take on the issue. The singer took a blatant dig at Salman Khan and his supporters on Twitter.
Sona took to Twitter to slam Salman's supporters from the industry as well as people who "suck up" to him. She wrote,"So, what new inane defence will Madhu Kishwar sprout now? Nafisa Ali? RJ Rishi Kannan? Will daddy say sorry on his behalf? What will the suck-ups in the industry do? When's bail? When's the next blockbuster release? Dabangg 'concert' tour dates? Big Boss? Charity drives?

Sona had earlier slammed Salman when during an interview he said he would feel like a raped woman while shooting action scenes in Sultan. She took to Twitter and penned her thoughts. "Women thrashed, people run over, wildlife massacred & yet #hero of the nation.'Unfair'.India full of such supporters," she wrote.

She was trolled by Salman's fans for writing this but Sona went on to talk about it on Facebook.
The 'Dabangg' actor was accused of killing two blackbucks on October 2, 1998, in Kankani village in Jodhpur during the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.
The 52-year-old actor has spent a night at the Jodhpur Central Jail and is awaiting a response to his bail plea. His bail application is expected to be heard around 10.30 by the sessions court today.
This is his fourth stint in the Jodhpur Central Jail. He has earlier spent a total of 18 days in the jail in 1998, 2006 and 2007, all for cases of poaching.
