File photo (PTI) SHIMLA: Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Shimla, Rohan Chand Thakur on Wednesday appealled to his counterparts in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh to issue advisories to people in their respective districts regarding visiting Shimla during snowfall.
He asked the Deputy Commissioners of the respective regions to educate the people regarding preparation and precautions while visiting Shimla during snowfall.
