Nirbhaya fund: MHA sanctions Rs 100 crore for Women Help Desks in police stations across country

Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has sanctioned Rs 100 crores from 'Nirbhaya' Fund for setting up and strengthening of Women Help Desks in Police Stations. This scheme is set to be implemented by all the states as well as Union Territories, according to an MHA statement.
