Los Angeles: Actor James Franco is set to direct and act in the big-screen adaptation of Andre Dubus III`s best-selling novel `Garden of Last Days`.
The 35-year-old has signed on to helm the big screen adaptation of the eponymous book, reports deadline.com.
Scottish actor Gerard Butler is co-producing the movie with Alan Siegel, Danielle Robinson and Hanna Weg. Weg has also written the film’s script.
