THIS Bollywood star wanted to play titular character in 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story'

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' has been in the news lately for its interesting posters and teasers. Cinema lovers are are appreciating all the hard work done by its cast and crew behind this biopic.

But, did you know there was a B-Town biggie who wanted play the titular character in this film? According to a TOI report, Akshay Kumar in an interview had revealed that he was keen to play MS Dhoni's role and he even approached the director for it. Sadly, things didn't for out here for the 48-year-old actor.

The Neeraj Pandey directorial is slated to hit the silver screens on September 30 this year. It is being produced by Fox Star Studios.
