Lack of toilets: Small girl out to attend nature's call killed in dog attack
Nearly half of India's 1.2 billion people have no toilets at home. For women, the problem is more severe because of safety issue. In a heartbreaking incident in Mumbai, a small girl from Khutari village in Panvel who went out to to attend to nature's call died after been attacked by four stray dogs .
