J&K: Two terrorists killed in encounter
Clashes that broke out on Thursday between the supporters of ruling National Conference and Opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during filing of nominations by their candidates at Kulgam district election office in south Kashmir is still on, with two terrorists shot dead by the Indian Army.
