A sex racket was busted in Noida on Wednesday at sector 18 market.

Noida: The Noida police on Wednesday busted a sex racket at sector 18 market. The sex racket was being operated from a massage parlour.
A spa named Medanta was raided by the police. Twelve girls and seven boys were reported to be found in compromising position in the massage parlour.
Police arrested all of them and a case has been registered at sector 20 police station.
Earlier, in January 2018, a high profile sex racket was busted in Hyderabad's posh locality Banjara Hills and the cops had arrested three people accused of running it.
Three women, including a Russian, were "rescued" by the police. The other women were from Delhi and West Bengal. The women were promised a daily allowance of Rs 16,000.
The chief accused - Kurian Tharayil Jacob - was a real estate businessman, as per the police. Other two accused persons were - Yamala Mery, a resident of East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh and Bihar-based Pankaj Kumar Mandal.
Jacob used to bring the female sex workers from Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta and also Russia on an agreement for payment of Rs 16,000 per day. Mery and Mandal would bring in customers.
