After Sai Sudharsan and Washington Sundar guided GT to a competitive 168/5 with composed half-centuries, Kagiso Rabada and Jason Holder combined to rip through SRH's batting line-up and bowl the visitors out for just 86 in 14.5 overs in a one-sided IPL 2026 clash in Ahmedabad.

Pakistan and South Africa clash in the second and final Test at Rawalpindi from Monday, with Pakistan aiming to seal the series after winning in Lahore. The return of Keshav Maharaj boosts South Africa, while Pakistan rely on spinners like Noman Ali on a spin-friendly surface.

South Africa endured a night to forget in Manchester as their pace attack crumbled under the relentless assault of England’s batters in the second T20I of the series.

Following Rabada’s withdrawal, young left-arm pacer Kwena Maphaka has been called up as his replacement for the ODI series. However, for the opening ODI at Cazaly’s Stadium in Cairns, Maphaka was not included in the playing XI. Maphaka, 19, debuted in ODIs against Pakistan in December 2024 and picked up four wickets in his first game.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 is likely to resume soon after a ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan. According to an Indian Express report, the BCCI is contemplating to host the remaining IPL 2025 matches in the three venues - Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad from May 16. The new schedule will be released to the IPL franchise by Sunday night. However, the biggest challenge for the BCCI when it comes to IPL resumption is to get the overseas players to return.
