Jaipur: BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has addressed 20 public meetings to woo voters in various districts of Rajasthan which is going to polls on Sunday.
Whereas party president Rajnath Singh attended 17 meetings, chief ministerial candidate Vasundhara Raje addressed 83 gatherings and party state vice president Onkar Singh Lakhawat said.
He informed today that as many as 231 public meetings were organised all over the state in which senior leaders raised issues of high inflation, corruption, and issues of farmers and the common man.
"Downfall in growth rate, deteriorating law and order, lack of teachers in government schools, death of women in government hospitals, poor state of road construction, atrocities on women and dalits were other issues our leaders highlighted in the meetings," he said.
Leader of Opposition Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley, MP CM Shivraj Singh, BJP National Spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain, former external affairs minister Jaswant Singh, former UP CM Uma Bharti, actor Hema Malini also campaigned in various constituencies in support of the party candidates, he said.
