New Delhi: It's an old saying that no two actresses can be friends in Bollywood. Well, for some there is an exception but it has been seen that it is difficult for two top notch actresses to gel well. Coming back to our very own Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, there has always been a strong buzz about their equation.

Now, Kat and Deepika have always attracted paparazzi going crazy over them and the reason happens to be a certain Mr Kapoor. The latest buzz is that Aanand L Rai's next wth Shah Rukh Khan was initially supposed to star Deepika in a pivotal role as well. However, the cast has now been changed and it stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma opposite SRK.

Some reports suggested that Deepika is not part of the venture because of Katrina. But the latter has strongly reacted to such rumours. Dnaindia.com quoted the actress as telling a leading daily. She said, "I don’t think any actor in today’s day and age is going around putting stipulations on their director. I am not comfortable talking about or having discussions on any film. I would rather like to give the directors their professional space to sort out or go through this process."

Talking about the film, she said, "With every film, comes a speculative story announcement! That’s the one aspect of my life I never play around with because that is my work at the end of the day, and a place where one must behave in an absolutely professional manner and till the time it’s confirmed and signed, I don’t believe it’s right to discuss or talk about it. Every actor and director should have that comfort of being able to go through that process in a professional manner without added eyes on the project."
