Author Chetan Bhagat's yet another outing meant for the celluloid 'Half Girlfriend' is ready to open in theatres on May 19, 2017. The bestseller stars Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles and this is first time ever that we will see this fresh-looking couple on-screen.

New Delhi: Author Chetan Bhagat's yet another outing meant for the celluloid 'Half Girlfriend' is ready to open in theatres on May 19, 2017. The bestseller stars Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles and this is first time ever that we will see this fresh-looking couple on-screen.
Shraddha, who essays the character Ria Somani in the film shared a fresh still from the film which beautifully captures the essence of the storyline. 'Half Girlfriend' is helmed by Mohit Suri and also happens to be the first film to be shot inside the United Nations headquarters in New York City.

This is Arjun's second film which has been adapted from Chetan Bhagat's novel. Earlier, he starred with Alia Bhatt in '2 States' which also happens to be based on the author's works.
