When Salman Khan comforted teary-eyed Katrina Kaif during Tiger Zinda Hai promotions

Mumbai: Salman Khan has often proved that Katrina Kaif holds a special place in his life. The Bollywood superstar and his former girlfriend are still thick friends and share a great bond off screen even today. The two are all set to romance each other in Tiger Zinda Hai, and fans of this onscreen couple cannot wait for the film to hit the silverscreen.

The Hindi cinema heavyweight is very protective about the women in his life and Katrina is no different. Recently, during Tiger Zinda Hai promotions on the sets of Remo D’Souza and Terence Lewis’ dance show, the pretty actress reportedly broke down after watching an emotional performance.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, after watching a contestant perform on Salman’s super-hit track from Tere Naam, Katrina became teary-eyed.

“In between shots, Katrina got emotional and broke down after watching a romantic act by a contestant on the title track of Tere Naam, the 2003 Salman and Bhumika Chawla starrer about unrequited love. The shoot had to be halted for about 10 minutes. Salman soothed Katrina’s frayed nerves as she regained her composure,” the tabloid quoted a source as saying.

To make his former ladylove comfortable, Salman took to the stage and performed his Jag Ghoomaya signature step. He gestured towards her to cheer her up.

Salman and Katrina had set the silverscreen ablaze with their sizzling hot chemistry in Ek Tha Tiger in 2012. And now, they are gearing up to spin the same magic. Dil Diyan Gallan, the latest track from Tiger Zinda Hai was unveiled just a couple of days back and we can’t stop going gaga over it. Both Salman and Katrina look gorgeous together and no wonder why they make fans go crazy about them.
