Conrad Murray is conspiring with AEG, says Michael Jackson’s mum

Washington: Katherine Jackson has filed legal docs which insinuate that AEG and Dr. Conrad Murray are conspiring together in the wrongful death lawsuit.

Katharine, who has sued AEG Live for negligently hiring and supervising Murray wants to subpoena the visitors` logs from the jail, to determine if the firm sent its employers, officers or lawyers to him, TMZ.com reported. Katharine has put Murray on her witness list but AEG Live has not and she wants to know if the company is trying to coach Murray or get information from him to defend the suit. Murray`s lawyer told that he believed that the subpoena by Katharine was a rather desperate, last-minute attempt by her counsel to try and find or create a surreptitious relationship between Murray and AEG. He further added that there has been no such relationship between the company and Murray. ANI
