London: Disney show `Wizards of Waverly Place` starlet Selena Gomez has graduated from high school twice in one day.
The 17-year-old actress received her diploma but was unable to attend the official ceremony because she was filming a graduation scene for her new movie `Monte Carlo`, Contactmusic reported.
She wrote on her Facebook page, "What are the odds.. Today I graduated from high school and got my diploma!!!!! I also filmed my graduation ceremony in the upcoming movie `Monte Carlo`. So in a weird way I was able to experience an official graduation, LOL (sic)."
While most high school graduates are looking forward to college, the Disney starlet has other projects on her mind.
"I am off to Budapest to work on my newest adventure, my movie `Monte Carlo`! I am very excited to meet the cast and get started on this great movie," she said.
Gomez, who has previously dated Jonas Brothers star Nick Jonas, recently said she is happy being single as it means she can concentrate on what`s important to her.
"I`m happy that is all in the past now. I`m very much single, I`m dating myself now - I think if you don`t love yourself first, no one else will love you," Gomez said.
