Bhansali takes home more money than Aishwarya-Hrithik!

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is rumoured to have pocketed a cool Rs 35 crore for UTV’s ‘Guzaarish’.

Mumbai: The debacle of ‘Saawariya’ seems to have made no difference to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s credibility and market value, for the director is rumoured to have pocketed a cool Rs 35 crore for UTV’s ‘Guzaarish’.According to reports, UTV is paying Sanjay an amount which is much more than what they’ve paid Aishwarya and Hrithik together, making Sanjay take home much booty than what the two stars got for the same film. “The Saawariya maker has been paid a whopping Rs 35 crore for ‘Guzaarish’. But it`s not just for his direction. Bhansali has been associated with the project in the capacity of a director, writer and the music director. Hrithik and Ash have been paid their market price, which goes on to add another Rs 15 crore. The complete budget of the film is a huge Rs 80 crore,” suggests a source. Well, with this kind of an amount paid to Sanjay, UTV seems to be more than sure of his abilities and with that kind of confidence riding on the director, Sanjay is surely expected to bounce back big time with this one at least.
