Steve Carrell enjoys looking a nerd

London: Comedian Steve Carrell feels he is too old to change himself to look young. The 48-year-old star says he enjoys looking like a middle-aged nerd and believes that people should "embrace their age instead of going for makeovers, Contactmusic reported.

"I am who I am and I should embrace that. There`s something off-putting about a middle-aged person trying to look as if he`s in his mid-20s. I feel there is strength to embracing who you are and how old you are," the actor said. Carrell, who is married to wife Nancy, with whom he has two children, daughter Elisabeth, eight, and son John, five, is not interested in the Hollywood lifestyle and believes he was better prepared for fame because he achieved success later on in life. "Being older helps because I`m married, I have two kids and that`s what`s most important," the actor said. PTI
