Mumbai: `Vishwaroopam` is slated to release Jan 11, but superstar Kamal Haasan reveals he has also started shooting for its sequel.
"Right now we are in the process of making `Vishwaroopam 2`. We have finished the script and we have even started shooting for the film," Kamal told IANS.
"We will have the same star cast because we are starting the sequel from where we left the first one. It will be a continuation," he added.
Kamal reveals the sequel to "Vishwaroopam", a bilingual action-thriller, will be entirely shot in India.
"This will be completely shot in India because `Vishwaroopam` was shot abroad. You will understand why it is shot in India once you see the film," said the 58-year-old, who has directed "Vishwaroopam" and even acted in it.
Asked if it is his immense confidence in "Vishwaroopam" that he has already started shooting for the sequel, he said: "Of course! That`s what we live with... we plan for tomorrow. I live my life with hope."
`Vishwaroopam` also features Pooja Kumar, Shekar Kapur, Rahul Bose, Andrea Jeremiah and Jaideep Ahlawat.
