Paltrow not performing with Coldplay

London: Gwyneth Paltrow`s representative has clarified that the actress will not perform with her husband Chris Martin`s band in Las Vegas on the New Year`s eve.

A New York Post report suggested that the Oscar winner will join the Brits, rapper Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce for the finale of their Cosmopolitan Hotel show, but the actress` representative said that Paltrow will be in Sin City for the New Year celebrations, but she has no plans to perform.
