London: Her outrageous sartorial choices have helped her feature in the best dressed list but Lady Gaga outdid herself by wearing transparent fishnet shorts and T-shirts.

Taking a leaf out of Janet Jackson`s book, the singer preserved her modesty with a simple star as she arrived for the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago. The 24-year-old singer, however, did not risk performing in her risque outfit and instead opted for a hard-wearing leather jacket and leopard print pants for her stage show, a news daily reported. Gaga is one of the headliners of the annual show, along with Soundgarden and Green Day. The `Telephone` hitmaker recently featured in fashion bible Vanity Fair`s annual best dressed list along with actresses Diane Kruger, Carey Mulligan, French First Lady Carla Bruni and actor Javier Bardem.
