Angelina Jolie`s aunt dies from breast cancer

Washington: Angelina Jolie`s aunt lost her battle with breast cancer on Sunday, just about two weeks after the actress revealed that she had undergone a double mastectomy to reduce the risk of developing the deadly disease.

Debbie Martin , the sister of the Jolie`s late mother Marcheline Bertrand, took her last breath at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, California, Contactmusic reported. Martin`s husband Ron told E! News that Jolie had been constantly in touch with them and her brother Jamie had been with them to lend his support. He said that both of them loved their aunt very much and Jolie, who could not come, had sent her love and support. Ron added that he along with his wife frequently visited the actress after she went through the surgery and they were very proud of her decision. ANI
