Beyonce Knowles in talks to play Eartha Kitt

London, May 03: R&B superstar Beyonce Knowles seems to have a penchant for playing yesteryear sirens on screen as she is now in talks to play the original Cat Woman Eartha Kitt in a bio-pic.Knowles who had earlier played blues legend Etta James in `Cadillac Records` and Diana Ross in `Dream girls`, is hoping to complete the trilogy by taking on the role of Kitt in a film, reported Contactmusic.

"I was going to do a film about Eartha Kitt. It`s a great story, but I don`t know if it`s still happening. If it does, it`ll just fall into place," said Knowles who is currently on a world tour promoting her latest album `I Am..Sasha Fierce`. Bureau Report
