Now, you can tweet your 'formal' complaint or suggestion to the Rail Minister

New Delhi: ''Please note again, it's for your convenience. Please follow this message,'' tweeted the Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu on Saturday. The Minister is indicating to the grievance redress mechanism the ministry has set on, where else, but Twitter!

''All complaints, suggestions to be marked to concerned GMs, DRM for appropriate action and also tag @ RailMinIndia,” added the Minister.

The Railways Minister has posted a list of Twitter handle Accounts of the GMs and DRMs of all the 16 zones of Indian Railways. In case if one would like to make a suggestion or a complaint on any aspect of the Indian Railways, one can write directly to the concerned GM or DRM of the zone, tagging the twitter handle of the Railways Minister along.
