London: Lady Gaga`s top position on Britain`s music charts continues after the pop star held onto the number one album slot for a second consecutive week.

She knocked Adele`s ‘21’ from the top spot last month (May 11) with the release of ‘Born This Way’, which raked up the biggest first week sales of 2011 so far, reports contactmusic.com. Gaga`s record has remained number one for a second week, keeping ‘21’ in second place followed by Adele`s debut album ‘19’ in third. The top five is rounded out by The Pierces` ‘You & I and Jessie’ and J`s ‘Who You Are’ at four and five respectively. IANS
