Lily Allen gets award for being fan friendly

London: British popstar Lily Allen has won a special award for being good to her fans.The 24-year-old singer was given the `Giving It Back` Fan award at the New Music Express Awards for her Twitter treasure hunt last year, reported Daily Mail online.

The `Smile` hitmaker used the social networking site to leave clues for fans to where she had hidden free tickets to her shows throughout her tour last year. Allen arrived at the event in a 60s-inspired cream dress, before going for an all-black look as she took to the stage with electro-rock duo, The Big Pink. But following a night of performing and then an aftershow party, a sleepy Allen was seen leaving the bash, slumped on her boyfriend Sam Cooper`s shoulder in the back of taxi. PTI
