Anil Kapoor tells daughter Sonam to turn ‘professional’

The actress, who is presently busy shooting for Anees Bazmee’s `Thank You`, has been giving the cast and crew of the film sleepless nights. As per reports, Sonam was giving hell to her co-stars by constantly showing up late on the sets. The actress would keep the cast waiting for hours.

The actress, who is presently busy shooting for Anees Bazmee’s `Thank You` in Canada, has been giving the cast and crew of the film sleepless nights. As per reports, Sonam was giving hell to her co-stars by constantly showing up late on the sets. The actress would keep the cast that has all senior actors, waiting for hours, while she completed her beauty sleep. Confirming the news a source said, “Sonam’s coming late on the sets proved to be a problem for senior actors, Irrfan Khan and Suniel Shetty, who were with her on that particular schedule. Finally, out of desperation, Bazmee had a word with Sonam’s father, Anil Kapoor, who took remedial measures immediately”. Reports also suggest that Anil had a long talk with his daughter, explaining to her the importance of showing on time on sets. And daddy’s girl that she is, Sonam reformed quickly. “It was just one of those things, which was not being done deliberately, but it became inconvenient for the cast and the crew,” adds the source. The source further added that this is not the first time Sonam acted unprofessionally. Previously too the actress had given grief to her filmmakers. Looks like punctuality is just not Sonam’s thing.
