Taylor Swift latest celeb to join `Glee`

Los Angeles: After Britney Spears and Lady Gaga, country singer Taylor Swift is the latest celebrity planning a slot on musical drama `Glee`.

Swift is in talks with Fox to feature in one of the episodes on `Glee`, the Hollywood Reporter said. The singer has confirmed that there have been conversations about her music appearing on the musical dramedy. Swift is a "huge fan" of the show. "And when those happen with all these new opportunities, it usually comes down to scheduling." Swift, whose third album, `Speak Now` releases October 25, says she would be happy to be among the roster of artists to be covered by the show`s glee club. "I think `Glee` showcases music in a great way, so I would be really excited if anything were to happen there," she said. PTI
