Sean Kingston returns to work after injury

London: Singer Sean Kingston has returned to work following his jet ski accident in Miami, Florida in May, this year.

The singer was left in a critical condition after the accident and spent nearly a month in hospital recovering from his injuries. The 21-year-old was discharged last month and he returned to work by shooting a new music video in Miami, this Saturday, sporting a bandage on his left arm, reports contactmusic.com. "Great day spent with my Time is Money Team!... south beach was a movie... time to rest up... God Bless," Kingston posted on micro-blogging site Twitter. He filmed the promo with rapper Iyaz. IANS
