I will never go to a Britney gig, says pop rival Pink

London: Pink has blasted her pop rival Britney Spears alleged mime act at a recent concert saying she`ll never spend cash to watch such a performance.

The singer, who shows off her sculpted body on the cover of US fitness mag Women`s Health parodied her Spears in the song `Stupid Girls`. And Pink has further fuelled their rivalry by wading into the Spears lip-synching debate, a news website reported. "I`m not taking anything away from Britney because I really like her a lot, but I would never go to a show where the person was lip-synching," Pink said. "When you grow up listening to Janis Joplin, you`re not going to want to see somebody mime." As a result, Pink cannot understand why people still compare her to the `Womanizer` star. "I swear to God, I`ve stuck up for Britney since the beginning. My point was, `Stop comparing me to her, because we`re different animals`," Pink said. The star has also credited hubby Carey Hart with taming her wild streak. "When I met Carey, I was an abused puppy in the corner, ready to bite anyone who put their hand out," she said. PTI
