Fans jumps on stage to meet Rihanna

Rihanna was belting out `Only Girl (In The World)` at the MTV EMA.

London: A crazed fan of Rihanna leapt on stage to get closer to the R&B star while she was performing at the MTV Europe Music Awards. The 22-year-old was belting out her No 1 single `Only Girl (In The World)` when the man tried to get a closer look and jumped on to the stage, reported Sun online.

He was quickly bundled to the floor by security guards and Rihanna`s performance went uninterrupted. Despite the scare, the `Umbrella` hitmaker`s live set was one of the highlights of the show in Madrid on Sunday night. She didn`t win any awards but received the biggest cheer on the red carpet from fans as she arrived in a ruffled white gown. Rihanna shunned the aftershow parties to hang out with best friend Katy Perry and her new husband Russell brand. She changed into a backless blue frock to spend the evening with the pair at a local Italian restaurant. PTI
