The 30-year-old wife of Liverpool star Steven Gerrard, showed off the results of her gruelling workout regime, the Sun reported.
Curran even found time to work out in the 35 degree Celsius heat.
"Just been for a run along the beach... bloody hard graft in the heat!!!" the model tweeted.
