London: Actor Rupert Grint is finding it hard to adjust to life post `Harry Potter`. The red-haired star, who played Potter`s best friend Ron Weasley in the superhit franchise, started shooting for the series, based on JK Rowling`s books, since he was just 10-year-old.
The 22-year-old says the film set and Hogwarts, the wizard school that they attended felt like real home and it will take some time before they adjust to life outside the movie, the Daily Express reported.
"It`s quite scary now Harry Potter has finished and we`re out in the real world," explains Rupert. "The last day was emotional. I wasn`t prepared for the tears! In the dressing rooms, we used to play table tennis and write on the walls," the actor added. The final of `Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows` has been split into two. The first film is due for release in November. Part two will follow in July next year. Grint, whose independent film `Cherrybomb` has just been released on DVD, says although the world`s his oyster now, it`s unlikely that he will strip off like Daniel Radcliffe did in 2007 for West End play Equus. "I don`t regret it but I`ve missed out on a lot of things. I don`t know if I’d go naked on stage though!" PTI
