Los Angeles: Singer Paul McCartney has been asked by Republican John Boehner to apologise publicly for a joke he made at former US president George W. Bush during an appearance at the White House.
The former Beatles` star cracked a joke on the former president at an event at the White House where he received the "Gershwin Prize for Popular Song" from US President Barack Obama, reports aceshowbiz.com.
