New York: In what will be his first film since his exit from ‘Two and a Half Men’ earlier this year, troubled actor Charlie Sheen is set to star opposite Jason Schwartzman in the indie flick ‘A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III’, his manager Mark Burg has confirmed.
Schwartzman``s cousin, Roman Coppola, son of Francis Ford Coppola, will write and direct the movie, reports the New York Daily News. The plot, according to Variety.com, will mirror some of the skirt-chasing star``s real-life misadventures. It follows a charismatic chick-magnet who falls into a downward spiral when his girlfriend breaks up with him, Variety reported. The movie deal is the latest twist in a bizarre year for Sheen. It started with a drug-fuelled bender and featured a public war with “Men” producer Chuck Lorre, his firing from the hit CBS sitcom, AND a wild and weird national comedy tour. ANI
