Mumbai: After playing a baddie in ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’, Ajay Devgn is all set to play a terrorist in Priyadarshan’s desi remake of Jan de Bont’s 1994 thriller ‘Speed’.However, unlike the original ‘Speed’, a gripping narrative about a bomb scare in a speeding bus, Priyadarshan’s version has a speeding train. Buzz has it that Ajay will be romancing Kangna in a speeding train from London to Glasgow.
Talking to a news daily, Priyadarshan said, “But the difference in my film is that we’ve shifted the terror attack from a bus to a train.” Talking about the film location in London, Priyadarshan said, “We’ve got permission to shoot at one of the London stations and inside a train. It took some effort but we did it. I don’t think it would’ve made sense to shoot the film without actual locations and the train.” Besides Ajay and Kangna, the untitled film also includes Manoj Bajpai, Tusshar Kapoor, Sameera Reddy and Suniel Shetty. “I’ve just signed Kangna opposite Ajay. I’ve never worked with her or Ajay before. Tusshar Kapoor and Sameera Reddy have also been cast as terrorists. My other favourite Suniel Shetty is also there in a special role,” Priyadarshan said.
