If you are a sucker for slick sci-fi films, chances are you surely going watch Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfriend starrer ‘In Time’ this weekend. Andrew Niccol’s ‘In Time’ is an intelligently crafted and fast paced futuristic film, which will appeal to those who are in love with fantasy and out of this world cinematic experience. Starring Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and Cillian Murphy, ‘In Time’ revolves around the theme of time equated with money. ‘In Time’ paints a grim picture of a utopian world where time is money. A place where no individual lives longer than 25 years of age, one has to literally buy time in order to survive. In order to save his dying mother Rachel (Olivia Wilde), Will Salas (Justin) comes across 105 year-old Henry Hamilton (Matt Bomer), who lives by buying time. Trouble arises when Henry gifts his remaining time to Salas and commits suicide while Timekeeper Raymond León (Cillian Murphy) chases innocent Salas for the murder of Henry. Benjamin Franklin’s famous saying ‘Time is money’ literally comes alive in this film, where all transactions are made by deducting time from your life. All you need to do is to swipe your wrist against a machine and you can see a clock ticking on your wrist, which keeps you posted about your existence. Things become exciting when multimillionaire Sylvia Weis (Amanda Seyfried) falls for the charms of Salas and helps him on the run. Apart from great onscreen chemistry between Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfriend, check out the amazing adrenaline pumping stunts, car chases which crash and boom in the film that are worth every single penny. Ratings: Four cheers for this one!
