Mumbai: Vidya Balan is on cloud nine ever since she graced Amitabh Bachchan’s quiz show. The actress got an opportunity of asking Big B to dance with her on ‘The Dirty Picture’ song and the megastar duly complied.
Talking to a daily, an eyewitness said, “Vidya was looking gorgeous in a blood red saree as she stepped in to the sets at Film City Goregaon. It was the same saree she is seen wearing in her film ‘The Dirty Picture,’ the film she had come to promote on the show.”Disarmed by the charms of Vidya, Amitabh Bachchan ended up jiving with the actress to ‘Ooh La La’ song from ‘The Dirty Picture.’
“It was an impromptu performance. Vidya just told Mr Bachchan ‘Thoda Ooh la la karne ka man kar raha hai’. Bachchan laughed in his inimitable style. He then immediately got up, stretched out his hand and they danced till they could not control their laughter. Bachchan started dancing in his own style. And Vidya had to match his steps,” the source revealed.
Interestingly, Vidya and Big B share a great chemistry ever since they worked together in ‘Paa.’ “Yes, she took the liberty of asking Bachchan to dance with her. But Bachchan certainly didn’t mind it. In fact, he too seemed to be enjoying it quite a bit,” added the source.
The episode starring Vidya Balan and Amitabh Bachchan will be aired on November 10.
