Teen sensation Justin Bieber’s cover magazine fails to sell

Justin Bieber’s debut as the cover boy of Vanity Fair in February has emerged as the worst selling issue in more than a decade.

Melbourne: Justin Bieber’s debut as the cover boy of Vanity Fair in February has emerged as the worst selling issue in more than a decade.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, the cover that featured the pop star with lipstick smudged on his neck and shirt sold only 246,000 copies.
It was the lowest total since Will Smith was on the cover to promote his 1999 film ‘Wild, Wild West’. “Who knew 12-year-olds didn’t buy magazines?” News.com.au quoted a Vanity Fair spokeswoman as saying. However, the report said it was not the first time a Bieber cover did poorly. An October 2010 Teen Vogue with him on the front sold approximately 12 percent fewer copies than the magazine’s average.
