Witherspoon to star in `Rule 1`

London: Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon is set to star in the movie `Rule 1` after Terrel Seltzer sold her screenplay to Fox Searchlight.Hollywoodreporter.com reports that Brad Epstein will produce the film, which is about a woman who becomes a friend of a Puerto Rican girl with an attention deficit disorder. Seltzer had previously worked on the comedy `How I Got Into College` and `One Fine Day`.

Witherspoon recently featured in `Four Christmases` and also voiced the lead character in the animated movie `Monsters Vs Aliens`. She will next be seen in director James Brooks` movie scheduled for release next year. Witherspoon had won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in `Walk The Line`. IANS
