Katie Price charged for reckless driving

London: Glamour model Katie Price has been charged with bad driving and fined USD 3000 dollars, after losing control of her vehicle in a February accident.

Price was driving her husband and two children to Euro Disney in her massive pink horsebox, when she was pulled over by the police who allegedly saw her talking on her mobile phone. Yesterday, at a magistrates` court hearing, the former Page 3 model denied using her phone at the wheel on that February day, reported Daily Mail online. Explaining why the truck swerved as the police patrol followed it Price said, "I`m a typical woman driver. It`s a massive great lorry and I just wasn`t used to driving it." Mid Sussex magistrates found her guilty of the charge of not being in proper control of the vehicle, gave her three penalty points to add to seven already on her licence and fined her USD 1800 and ordered her to pay USD 1200 costs.
