Hotel Leela appoints marketing partners in US for 2 properties

New Delhi: Hospitality firm, Hotel Leelaventure Ltd on Friday said it has tied-up with Wegner Associates Inc and Nancy Rosene Associates for marketing its Delhi and Udaipur properties in the US.

"Both companies will leverage their expertise in strengthening the sales and marketing efforts of the two hotels, building a direct link of communication and coordination between the hotels and luxury travel fraternity," Hotel Leelaventure said in a statement.

While Wegner Associates will represent Leela Palaces (New Delhi and Udaipur) on East Coast of the US, Nancy Rosene Associates will represent the properties in the West Coast region, it added.

Commenting on the association, The Leela Palace, New Delhi, General Manager Tamir Kobrin said: "Both bring an impeccable reputation and a remarkable track record in the luxury hospitality representation industry, which will garner the right exposure for us in these markets."

Hotel Leelaventure manages seven hotels in India which includes locations in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, New Delhi, Goa, Kovalam and Udaipur.

Properties under development will open soon in Chennai followed by Agra, Jaipur and Ashtamudi, Kerala, the statement said.

The group also has marketing alliances with Germany-based Kempinski, US-based Preferred Hotels & Resorts and is a member of Global Hotel Alliance based in Switzerland, the statement added.
