Neverland to turn into amusement park

Neverland ranch can soon turn into a Graceland-like amusement park.

New York: Michael Jackson`s family and proprietors of his Neverland ranch plan to turn it into a Graceland-like amusement park, it has emerged. It is believed the ranch could be opened to the public by Christmas this year.
According to reports, the project has been named Sycamore Valley Ranch, LLC, tentatively. The 2,676-acre estate was known as Sycamore Valley Ranch before MJ took over as its owner in 1987. The New York Post quoted a source as saying: "This is important to Jermaine -- he is really pushing for this. He has a big vision for Neverland as a museum, tourist attraction and concert venue. "He wants to put a headstone at the base of the tree that Michael liked climbing -- which was his favorite spot. Colony Capital wants to open it up as early as the Christmas holidays and no later than February, but the two obstacles will be the county and the Jackson estate." The pop legend spent almost 20 years of his life at Neverland, but vowed never to return to the place after he was cleared of child-molestation charges in 2005. ANI
