The Land acquisition Bill, which, if passed will give a major boost not only to real estate sector but also to land owners as well as industries. The Bill provides for a fair compensation to land owners in both rural and urban areas with the stipulation that consent of 80 percent of the people for acquiring land for private industry is necessary.
