The former India opener continues to dish out witty one-liners on a regular basis to keep the media news cycle churning.

From paying tributes to martyred Indian solders to admonishing his Pakistani fan, Sehwag is busy as ever on Twitter.

On Wednesday however, the swashbuckling batsman donned his funny avatar yet again on the occasion of Chris Gayle's birthday.

Taking to the social micro-blogging site, Viru delivered a simple yet sensational birthday greeting to his good friend.

Gayle was quick to acknowledge the original six machine's wishes.
