New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who is the only cricketer to have scored 100 international centuries, made his Test debut against Pakistan on Nov 15 in 1989.
As a 16-year-old, Tendulkar came to bat at number six, where he couldn't do much with the bat and contributed just 15 runs.
The Test debut wasn't a memorable one for the batting maestro, as he was bowled by Waqar Younis, who also made his debut in the match.
